Not-For-Profit Vendor

The 2024 East Haddam Farmers’ Market is located at Shagbark Lumber & Farm Supplies, 21 Mount Parnassus Road, East Haddam, CT. The Market takes place June 12th, 2024 through September 25th, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Not-For-Profit vendors may select up to 4 dates to participate in the farmers’ market at no cost. Booths are outdoors and 10x10 in size under a large tent. 12x12 spaces are available outside of the tent should Non-Profits wish to set up their own tents as well. With The Market taking place under tents, in instances of a drizzle, non-profit participation may be impacted due to fewer spaces being available. Guest Vendor spaces are always available for our regular guest fee if your organization would like to be at the market more regularly. Special Event Dates are subject to regular fees as well due to space constraints. Thank you in advance for your understanding we are excited to have you join us!
