Full Season Vendor

The 2024 East Haddam Farmers’ Market is located at Shagbark Lumber & Farm Supplies, 21 Mount Parnassus Road, East Haddam, CT. The Market takes place June 12th through September 25th from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Booths are outdoors and 10x10 in size under a large tent. 12x12 spaces are available outside of the tent should vendors wish to set up their own tents as well. Full-Season vendors are committed to attending a minimum of 13 markets for the season. Please list the days, if any, you aren’t able to attend at checkout. Vendors who do not maintain this commitment will not be allowed a full season space in the future. Guest Vendor spaces are also available for those who cannot make this commitment.

Final decisions will be made by May 1st. Vendors who are not accepted into the market will be emailed and also refunded. No other refunds will be given for any reason. Please allow the proper window of time to receive confirmation as we prepare for market season. Thank you in advance!
