The 2025 Colchester Farmers’ Market is located on the Colchester Town Green at 97 Hayward Avenue, Colchester, CT 06415. The Market takes place every Sunday starting Father’s Day on June 15th through October 19th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Event Assistant Cost is: $25 per market OR $400 for the entire Market Season.

*Event Assistants are responsible local folks who help you schlep your stuff while you set up and pack up! Save yourself all that heavy lifting and focus on the event!

These responsible folks are selectively chosen each year and are ONLY ALLOWED to help unload and load your booth contents, and carry items to and from your booth spaces. They are NOT ALLOWED to help you set up or break down your booth with the exception of tables and tents. They, nor Community Pollinator LLC, will be held responsible for breakage or damage to products or booth fixtures. Your application and payment for this service serves as acknowledgment of these facts. Please be sure to sign up for this service early if you are in need of it so we have time to recruit helpers.
